font-size: 14px; line-height: 2; letter-spacing: 2px; box-sizing: border-box;"><p style="box-sizing: border-box;">1月28日、1月31日、2月1日，邢台市12315投诉举报热线连续接到多起群众投诉举报，反映在市场上购买的标示河南飘安集团有限公司生产的“飘安”牌一次性使用医用口罩外观简陋，疑似有质量问题，邢台市市场监管局执法人员立即展开调查。</p><p style="box-sizing: border-box;"><br style="box-sizing: border-box;"></p><p style="box-sizing: border-box;">经查，群众举报的“飘安”牌口罩产品外包装标示生产厂家为河南飘安集团有限公司，产品名称为“一次性使用口罩”，注册证号为豫食药监械(准)字2014第2640367号，适用范围为医用，规格为20只/包，从外观上看薄如蝉翼。一次性使用医用口罩属于二类医疗器械需依法注册，经营二类医疗器械需取得备案，但当事人不能提供产品的医疗器械注册证及二类医疗器械经营备案凭证等证明文件。执法人员当即对上述口罩予以扣押。</p><p style="box-sizing: border-box;"><br style="box-sizing: border-box;"></p><p style="box-sizing: border-box;">同时，执法人员敏感意识到，此案可能涉及更广范围，于是立即对邢台市各县(市、区)查处涉嫌经营问题口罩案件进行统计。果然，南宫、临西、宁晋、威县、巨鹿等县(市)市场监管部门在执法检查中也发现了涉嫌违法经营“飘安”牌问题口罩线索。</p><p style="box-sizing: border-box;"><br style="box-sizing: border-box;"></p><p style="box-sizing: border-box;">案情重大，邢台市市场监管局及邢台市公安局食药安保支队迅速成立专案组，立即赶赴河南省长垣市市场监管局和河南飘安集团有限公司开展协查。经鉴定，河南飘安集团有限公司生产的产品名称为“一次性使用医用口罩”，未生产过“一次性使用口罩”；其产品最小包装规格有单只和10只，未生产过其他包装规格。据此，邢台市市场监管部门查处的“飘安”牌口罩均非河南飘安集团有限公司生产，属于未依法注册的非法医疗器械产品。</p><p style="box-sizing: border-box;"><br style="box-sizing: border-box;"></p><p style="box-sizing: border-box;">2月4日，专案组通报核查结果，要求依法从严从重从快办理此案。截至2月5日，市、县市场监管部门共立案8起，查获未依法注册“飘安”牌一次性使用医用口罩18960只，拟对违法者没收非法产品及违法所得，处顶格罚款共计80万元。目前，案件正在依法加快办理中。</p></section></section></section> </section> <section style="height: 5px;
