box-sizing: border-box;">关于在城区住宅小区实行单双号出入管理的通告</span></strong></p><p style="box-sizing: border-box;"></p><p style="box-sizing: border-box;"></p><p style="box-sizing: border-box;">各疫情检测点、各小区物业公司：</p><p style="box-sizing: border-box;"><br style="box-sizing: border-box;"></p><p style="box-sizing: border-box;">为进一步做好疫情防控工作，有效切断传播途径，经市新冠肺炎疫情防控工作领导小组研究决定，对城区住宅小区车辆实行单双号出入管理，具体要求如下：</p><p style="box-sizing: border-box;"><br style="box-sizing: border-box;"></p><p style="box-sizing: border-box;">1.对城区内有物业公司管理的住宅小区车辆实行单日单号出入，双日双号出入。</p><p style="box-sizing: border-box;"><br style="box-sizing: border-box;"></p><p style="box-sizing: border-box;">2.没有物业公司管理的住宅小区、其他社区或居委会卡点范围内的社会车辆，凭所在地居委会的证明出入，并严格遵守单双号出入制度。</p><p style="box-sizing: border-box;"><br style="box-sizing: border-box;"></p><p style="box-sizing: border-box;">3.机关单位工作人员车辆在遵守单双号出入的同时，必须凭单位出入证明出入小区。</p><p style="box-sizing: border-box;"><br style="box-sizing: border-box;"></p><p style="box-sizing: border-box;">4.其他社会车辆在遵守单双号出入的同时，凭所在小区物业公司发放的小区居民出入证出入小区。</p><p style="box-sizing: border-box;"><br style="box-sizing: border-box;"></p><p style="box-sizing: border-box;">5.特种车辆（公安、交警、消防、电力、城管、燃气、热力供水抢险、医院急救等车辆）不在此列，执行任务时随时出入。</p><p style="box-sizing: border-box;"><br style="box-sizing: border-box;"></p><p style="box-sizing: border-box;">6.有突发状况（家中人员突发病情、孕妇生产等）时，因情况紧急，特种车辆可随时出入，社会车辆凭所在小区物业公司发放的小区居民出入证，小区门岗说明原因并登记后，可不受单双号出行限制。</p><p style="box-sizing: border-box;"><br style="box-sizing: border-box;"></p><p style="box-sizing: border-box;">7.各小区物业门岗要严格执行此规定，对出入车辆按单双号管理规定认真登记，对车上人员逐人测温。</p><p style="box-sizing: border-box;"><br style="box-sizing: border-box;"></p><p style="box-sizing: border-box;">8.疫情防控特殊时期，有违反此规定冲卡闯岗，寻衅滋事者，一律移交公安机关从严从快处理。</p><p style="box-sizing: border-box;"><br style="box-sizing: border-box;"></p><p style="box-sizing: border-box;">9.本通知自发布之日起施行，结束日期另行通知。</p><p style="box-sizing: border-box;"></p><p style="text-align: right;
