font-size: 14px; line-height: 2; letter-spacing: 2px; box-sizing: border-box;"><p style="box-sizing: border-box;">经查：被告人赵某某，男，52岁，隆尧县固城镇人。新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎疫情发生后，隆尧县固城镇各村两委干部认真落实县委县政府安排部署，积极落实防控措施。2020年2月1日，村干部在村中大街劝返聚集的村民，赵某某因不满村委会粉刷其家外墙一事与正在劝返村民的村干部发生口角。2月2日8时许，赵某某持尖刀至村委会办公室，以要求村委会恢复其家中外墙原貌为由滋事，扬言要自杀，且不许他人接近。村干部劝说无效后报警，民警到场后进行劝阻，赵某某情绪激动，多次用尖刀抵住颈部以自杀威胁民警不得靠近。直至13时许，赵某某放下尖刀，欲点燃随身携带的烟花弹“震天雷”，被现场处置民警果断制服。</p><p style="box-sizing: border-box;"><br style="box-sizing: border-box;">赵某某在村委会滋事长达5小时之久，严重扰乱了当地的疫情防控工作，造成恶劣社会影响。2月2日，赵某某被刑事拘留，2月6日，经隆尧县人民检察院批准被执行逮捕。隆尧县人民检察院受理该案后，依法告知赵某某权利义务，适用认罪认罚从宽制度以速裁程序从快向隆尧县人民法院提起公诉，并提出有期徒刑六个月量刑建议。</p><p style="box-sizing: border-box;"><br style="box-sizing: border-box;">此案的成功办理，达到了震慑、预防涉疫情犯罪的效果，有力的维护了该县疫情防控秩序。</p></section></section></section> </section> <section style="height: 5px;
