box-sizing: border-box;">（第4号）</span></strong></p><p style="text-align: center; box-sizing: border-box;"></p><p style="box-sizing: border-box;">为进一步加强全县新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎疫情防控工作，切断疫情扩散渠道，遏制疫情蔓延势头，保障人民群众生命安全和身体健康，根据新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎疫情防控工作要求，现将加强我县犬类管理相关事宜通告如下：</p><p style="box-sizing: border-box;"><br style="box-sizing: border-box;"></p><p style="box-sizing: border-box;">一、在疫情防控期间，禁止任何人携带犬类外出，所有犬类一律实行栓养或圈养，对携带犬类外出的由公安部门依法处置。</p><p style="box-sizing: border-box;"><br style="box-sizing: border-box;"></p><p style="box-sizing: border-box;">二、关闭所有犬类交易场所，禁止一切犬类交易活动。</p><p style="box-sizing: border-box;"><br style="box-sizing: border-box;"></p><p style="box-sizing: border-box;">三、发现犬类患有或者可能患有疾病以及非正常死亡的，饲养人应立即向农业农村部门（畜牧）报告，农业农村（畜牧）部门负责指导处理。</p><p style="box-sizing: border-box;"><br style="box-sizing: border-box;"></p><p style="box-sizing: border-box;">四、饲养犬类的单位和个人应加强对犬类的看护管理，定期对犬类和犬舍进行消毒处理。</p><p style="box-sizing: border-box;"><br style="box-sizing: border-box;"></p><p style="box-sizing: border-box;">五、宠物基地、宠物医院等重点场所从业人员有发热、咳嗽等症状，要及时向所在村、社区或属地乡镇政府报告，并拨打电话：120或7165221，转移到定点医院就诊。</p><p style="box-sizing: border-box;"><br style="box-sizing: border-box;"></p><p style="box-sizing: border-box;">六、对城区街道、公园、小区等公共场所内放养、流浪的各类犬只，由住建部门进行收容、捕杀。</p><p style="box-sizing: border-box;">七、欢迎广大群众对犬类饲养人员违反上述有关规定情况进行举报，公安机关举报电话:110，经查证属实的公安机关将依法追究相关单位、人员的法律责任。</p><p style="box-sizing: border-box;"><br style="box-sizing: border-box;"></p><p style="box-sizing: border-box;">特此通告 </p><p style="box-sizing: border-box;"><br style="box-sizing: border-box;"></p><p style="text-align: right;
